Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, with a small refrigerator and microwave, offering plenty of space in the bathroom. The customer service was top-notch and very professional. However, there was a disappointing incident with the service, as we experienced one staff member who was unhelpful and banned us without reason, which was quite unsettling.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-equipped with proper lighting, amenities, and a pleasant view of the surrounding cattle at sunset. However, there was a minor issue with the initial room reservation. The service had some hiccups with maintenance issues and noise disturbances. The location, although a bit far from the city, offered a peaceful walking area with close proximity to rodeo events. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a decent selection of breakfast items. Despite some setbacks, the hotel's facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The location of the hotel is convenient for quick access to downtown and local amenities, although some aspects in the room were not up to standard. The service was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay despite some minor inconveniences. The dining options were limited, but the extra facilities provided a range of activities for guests to enjoy.
