I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, with a small refrigerator and microwave, offering plenty of space in the bathroom. The customer service was top-notch and very professional. However, there was a disappointing incident with the service, as we experienced one staff member who was unhelpful and banned us without reason, which was quite unsettling.
